This page is only a link to the archived of images and information of Santa Fe and Southern Pacific locomotives and rolling stock that were painted in the scheme of the failed Santa Fe - Southern Pacific merger.

The scheme nicknamed " Kodachrome " by fans who saw a similarity between its red, yellow, and black colors and the colors of Kodachrome film boxes.

Richard Percy started archiving the Southern Pacific " Kodachromes " so Jesse Koski began the Santa Fe " Kodachromes " just to keep everything fair. Since then, Evan Werkema has taken over the Santa Fe Information.
