The sign reads:

"Upper Spiral Tunnel located in Cathedral Mtn. is 3255 ft. long. Its curvature is 288 degrees. The difference in elevation between the upper and lower portal is 48 ft."

Note that the tunnel almost does a complete circle within the mountain.
